Connect with your support group throughout the week through our online community chat.  Ask questions, give encouragement, and create accountability.

You’re taking or considering a weight loss medication but understand this is not a quick fix. You’re looking to lose weight, but most importantly, you want to improve your health and feel your best. Weigh Strong is designed to support your medical care giving
you the knowledge, support and accountability to reach your goals and the exercise training necessary to protect your bones and muscles.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Step / 01

Get started for only $19.99, which includes your initiation fee and first month’s subscription.  You’ll receive a one on one personal training session with your coach to teach strength training fundamentals for safe exercise.  You’ll also receive access to the first set of weekly handouts discussing varied topics from weight loss biology to nutrition to movement and start your first month of weekly group support and strength training sessions.   

Shortly after sign-up expect to hear from your coach to book a time to get started.  Before getting started you’ll need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire to ensure your body is ready for activity.  Most will be able to get started right away, but some people may require a medical clearance for exercise from their doctor. 

At your first session you’ll learn the basics of many common strength training exercises.  Don’t worry!  Our coaches excel at accommodating all fitness and ability levels.  You’ll learn proper form, how to use equipment, and tips on where to start. 

Now the fun begins.  Meet your virtual support group!  Each session you’ll discuss various topics related to weight loss and health and support fellow members on their weight loss and fitness journey.  After each support group meeting, you’ll jump right into a small group strength training session.  Come dressed to move!  

The private group chat is a great place to get real time support from your peer group and coach when you need it most.  We encourage you to support and build-up each other to create a judgement free zone for all. 

With the support of your community and coach, you’ll have the tools in place to maximize your weight loss, protect and build your muscles and bones and feel mentally strong for long-term success.
