About Us

At Weigh Strong, we believe that true strength is built through community, determination, and shared goals. Our mission is to empower individuals undergoing weight loss treatment to not only improve their physical health but also to enhance their mental and emotional well-being by connecting with others who share similar journeys. 

We provide group training sessions designed specifically for people taking weight loss medications to lose weight and improve their health.  Participants work alongside professional trainers and a supportive team of peers. Together, we challenge limits, break through barriers, and celebrate every milestone—big or small.
